Eco Kid Organics Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love your Eco Kid Organics purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, please contact us by phone or email with your name and invoice number so we can assist you.

How to Return an Item

To start a return:

1. Contact us to request a return.

2. If approved, we’ll send you instructions on how to send your item back.

3. Please note: Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Change of mind returns:

Eco Kid Organics will happily accept change of mind returns for products purchased within 30 days of your invoice date. You have 30 days from the date you receive your items to request a return.

The items returned must be in their original, unopened state and must not been used, and with the original manufacturer’s seals for change of mind return. 

All gift inclusions must be returned with the item

Before sending any goods back to us, please contact us to get a Return Authorisation number. Please contact us.

Faulty/Damaged Items return:

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or the wrong product was sent, contact us immediately. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

If you are in need of a new pump or cap, please contact us, and we will get you what you need. 

To qualify for a refund or exchange, please include your contact information, order number, a brief explanation of the defect and whether you want a refund or an exchange.  
We strongly urge you to return your items using registered mail.  Abache Organics cannot be held accountable for any items that are not delivered to us.
In the case of a refund, a full refund of the faulty item will be given.  The shipping and insurance fees associated with the order are non-refundable.

Allergy Returns
If you have had a reaction to a product, please take a photo of the reaction and immediately discontinue using it.
Please contact us and email the photo to us with details of your reaction.

How do I return an item?

To return and exchange products, please contact us, and we will let you know what you need to do. Please note that return postage costs are at your expense unless items are incorrect or deemed faulty.

Have you received my return?

Once we have received your return, we will send you an email confirming the next steps. We recommend that you purchase tracking when returning an item as we cannot take responsibility for items that are lost.
